About Lean-Agile Partners
Lean-Agile Partners consists of a small group of the most experienced Agile coaches— people who've launched dozens of successful agile teams and are thought leaders in the Agile Software Development field— with Nancy Van Schooenderwoert as Principal Coach.
We have all been contributors at the centre of the Agile community since its infancy. Our deep experience has led us to concentrate on the special issues that Agile poses for managers. All of us hold Scrum Master certifications and are members of the Agile Alliance. We have worked together to guide agile conversions at client sites with as many as 11,000 employees.
We're Independent
Lean-Agile Partners is completely independent. We aren't selling tools, or licensing any methodologies— nothing to distract us from the mission of enabling you to fully understand and use Lean and Agile ideas. Being independent means that we are free to work solely in our clients' best interests.
Too often, larger consultancies get their priorities wrong. They establish a complex organisation that needs a large, steady billing income, and it becomes more important to maximize billable hours rather than maximize benefit for the client.

Since early 2006, Lean-Agile Partners has coached many successful agile teams and projects in the UK, and we continue to build our client base in both the UK and the USA.
